We recommend purchasing a small quantity of a product first to ensure satisfaction before committing to larger orders.

Brands frequently undergo packaging and ingredient changes due to factors like sourcing availability, cost, and shipping weight. These changes are beyond our control, and as a result, we cannot offer refunds for variations in packaging or ingredients made by the manufacturer.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you may be asked to provide the following:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A photo of the item for confirmation.

All cases are subject to review by our customer service team before a final decision is made regarding a refund.

We take great care in packaging your items and use effective materials to ensure they are protected during shipping. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit or the item may be defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days. We will need pictures of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in. This will help our team improve packing processes. If additional information is needed, we will reach out to you via email.

In the unlikely event that you receive an expired item, please contact us directly so we can address the issue and investigate the inventory.
